Terms & conditions

A booking is final after confirmation and payment of the deposit (50% of the rental price). The balance (the remaining 50%) is paid no later than one month before arrival. You always receive an invoice from us with the amounts due and the account number.

The following terms apply in case of cancellation:

• More than 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental price
• 6 weeks to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the total rental price
• Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the total rental price

Please send cancellations to us by email.

For some homes we ask for a security deposit per stay. It is separate from the rental price, is requested a few days before arrival and fully refunded after your stay, provided the home is left in good condition.

Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 10 am. The permitted arrival and departure days differ per home and are listed on the home's page.

Please respect the neighbours: no noise outdoors after 10 pm. The homes are not rented to groups of young people.
